PARK LIFE RESORTS FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
ARE THE SWIMMING POOLS OPEN?
Our heated indoor pool is open, from 10am - 6:30pm. Due to social distancing measures, only 1 household are permitted in the pool area at any one time.
We are therefore asking guests to book a one-hour time slot in advance, by pre-booking online or by asking one of our friendly members of staff in the reception or restaurant areas.
ARE DOGS WELCOME?
Yes, we have a selection of dog-friendly lodges available. Please add 'price per pooch' as an extra during the online booking process and we will allocate a dog-friendly lodge to your booking. We charge £35 per dog.
IS THERE AN ON-SITE SHOP AT THE RESORT?
Yes, we have a small, but well-stocked farm shop, offering the essentials (and the luxuries), including local dairy produce, Devon sweet and savoury treats, jarred artisan goods and much more.
ARE TOWELS AND LINEN PROVIDED?
Yes, freshly-laundered towels and linen are provided in your lodge, as standard.
WHAT APPLIANCES WILL MY LODGE BE EQUIPPED WITH?
All lodges come with a fully equipped kitchen. You can view individual lodge appliances on the lodge descriptions.
I NEED TO AMEND MY BOOKING
If you need to make any changes to your booking, please email with your booking reference and the details of the amendment you would like to make.
I WOULD LIKE CONFIRMATION OF MY BOOKING
If you have booked directly with us through our website, you should have received a booking confirmation at the point of booking. Please email to request further confirmation of your booking. If you have booked through a third party agent, please contact the agent directly in the first instance for confirmation of your booking.
I AM INTERESTED IN DINING AT THE SEA TERRACE RESTAURANT - DO I NEED TO BOOK A TABLE IN ADVANCE?
Yes, we advise booking a table in advance. Please book online under 'Book On-Site Facilities' tab
