IS THE SWIMMING POOL OPEN?

Our outdoor heated swimming pool is seasonal and is open between April & August. 

 

ARE DOGS WELCOME?

Yes, we have a selection of dog-friendly lodges available. Please add 'price per pooch' as an extra during the online booking process and we will allocate a dog-friendly lodge to your booking.  We charge £35 per dog.

 

IS THERE AN ON-SITE SHOP AT THE RESORT?

Yes, we have a small shop, offering the essentials such as milk, chocolate, swimming goggles and gifts to take home.

LODGE FAQs

​

ARE TOWELS AND LINEN PROVIDED?

Yes, freshly-laundered towels and linen are provided in your lodge, as standard. 

 

WHAT APPLIANCES WILL MY LODGE BE EQUIPPED WITH?

All lodges come with a fully equipped kitchen. You can view individual lodge appliances on the lodge descriptions.

I NEED TO AMEND MY BOOKING

If you need to make any changes to your booking, please email booking-management@parkliferesorts.com with your booking reference and the details of the amendment you would like to make. 

 

I WOULD LIKE CONFIRMATION OF MY BOOKING

If you have booked directly with us through our website, you should have received a booking confirmation at the point of booking. Please email booking-management@parkliferesorts.com to request further confirmation of your booking. If you have booked through a third party agent, please contact the agent directly in the first instance for confirmation of your booking.

I AM INTERESTED IN DINING AT THE SEA TERRACE RESTAURANT - DO I NEED TO BOOK A TABLE IN ADVANCE?

Yes, we advise booking a table in advance. Please book with reception during check in or via email - booking-management@parkliferesorts.com

 

DO YOU OFFER A TAKE-AWAY SERVICE?

Yes, we do! You can collect from the restaurant or we can deliver straight to your lodge - pre-booking is essential.
