1. Booking terms & conditions

1a. Full pre-payment is required at the time of booking

1b. Please check the details of your booking fully before proceeding. If any details are incorrect or change after booking please inform us as soon as possible.

1c. Booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided as soon as payment is taken

1d. Our website (www.parkliferesorts.com) shows the most up to date prices and these may change daily depending on availability.

1e. The price quoted on the website includes accommodation for the maximum numbers advertised on the lodge listing

1f. The price does not include; housekeeping, extra beds, cots, highchairs

1g. Additional charges include; pet charge (£35 per pet)

1h. All prices on the website include VAT at the appropriate rate

2. Important information

2a. If you have any special requirements or disabilities please contact the reservations team on booking-management@parkliferesorts.com prior to booking to ensure we can meet the requirements

2b. We do not accept bookings for groups under 18 years old without responsible adults over the age of 21 staying in the accommodation to supervise

3. Your break at Watermouth Lodges

3a. Check in is from 5pm and check out is 10am but you are welcome to arrive earlier/stay later and use the facilities

3b. Caravans, campervans and/or mobile homes are not permitted at Watermouth Lodges

3c. You must respect other guests while staying at Watermouth Lodges, we are a family friendly site. The police will be called to any illegal or offensive behaviour on site. We may ask your party to leave immediately if you/they are aggressive or offensive to our staff. No refunds or compensation will be given in these circumstances. We reserve the right to refuse future bookings from the whole party.

3d. You are responsible for supervision of the whole party while staying at Watermouth Lodges, especially in our children’s play areas and swimming pools.

3e. Facilities included in your stay at Watermouth Lodges –

i. Outdoor heated swimming pool

ii. Outdoor children’s play area

iii. Indoor children’s play area

iv. Outdoor tennis court

3f. Bookable facilities (tennis/swimming) are first come first served and bookable at reception

3g. It is your responsibility to look after your person belongings while staying at Watermouth Lodges

3h. We accept no responsibility for vehicles on site

4. Your lodge at Watermouth Lodges

4a. We cannot guarantee requests for certain lodges, this is subject to availability on the day of arrival

4b. You must leave the lodge clean and tidy and we may charge extra for cleaning, missing or damaged items

4c. All lodges are no smoking

4d. We reserve the right to enter your accommodation for any reasonable purpose

4e. If your party exceed the maximum guest numbers listed we will charge extra per night

4f. We do not guarantee Wi-Fi in the lodges. There is guaranteed Wi-Fi in public areas

4g. BBQ’s are not permitted anywhere on site, this includes coal, wood or gas

5. Pet policy

5a. Watermouth Lodges is a pet friendly resort. We have pet friendly lodges which will automatically be allocated when you add ‘price per pooch’ onto the booking

5b. Our Sea Terrace Restaurant allows well behaved dogs inside

5c. Pets vaccinations must be up to date before visiting Watermouth Lodges

5d. Pets must not be left in lodges unattended

5e. If we consider your pet to be a nuisance, harm or threat we may ask you to remove it from the resort without refund or compensation

6. Amending your booking at Watermouth Lodges

6a. Contact reservations on booking-management@parkliferesort.com to make any changes to your reservation

6b. Prices may differ if booking dates are changed. You will be changed the difference in price if the break is more expensive or given credit in the restaurant if the new dates are a lower price

8. Cancelation policy

6 weeks or more before arrival = 10% cancellation charge
Between 6 and 4 weeks before arrival = 25% cancellation charge
4 weeks or less = 50% cancellation charge
24 hours or less = 100% cancellation charge
